DATES & TRADING TIMES

Zuccoli Plaza Markets is run every second Sunday in the car park at  Zuccoli Plaza. Our first event will be held Sunday 10th February 2019.

Trading times are 9am – 1pm 

LOCATION OF MARKET

Zuccoli Plaza, Zuccoli Parade

STALL FEES

$35 per business

Your stall fee pays for your spot but also your social media advertising. If two businesses are sharing a space they are both required to pay the stall fee individually. 

PAYMENT FOR YOUR STALL

Once successful you will be sent an invoice via PayPal. Stall fees must be paid prior to the day of each market. Stall holders must register and pay online to confirm their placement at the market. 

SOCIAL MEDIA

In the lead put the event your business will be advertised across our facebook pages. These include Zuccoli Plaza Markets, Darwin Kids Guide and Zuccoli Plaza. Please email high resolution photos to admin@zuccoliplazamarkets.com.au , alternatively you can drop some of your products off to Danielle in Karama to photograph.

Photos will only be used for advertising on our social media photos if they fit in with our requirements. 

Your business will not be advertised as attending until your stall fees have been paid and your insurance paper work has been sent through. 

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

All stallholders must hold a policy for public liability with coverage of a minimum $10, 000,000. These are collected yearly and you will not be allowed to trade if we do not have them on file. Previous stallholders will need to resend their insurance certificate at the start of each year. We also highly recommend you take our product insurance for your business but you do not need this to participate in our event. We have worked closely with Stephan at My Market Insurance if you are looking for a quote.

Zuccoli Plaza Markets holds a policy of $20,000,000.

PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE

It is a requirement that a stallholder have in place insurance to cover product liability with a minimum of $10,000,000 cover in the stall holders name if the stall holder offers for sale any of the products listed below.

  • Second hand electrical goods
  • Cosmetics and beauty products
  • Medicines, potions, pols, frangances and soaps
  • Massage, manipulation of muscle, chiropractic or similar
  • Hot food

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Only approved products are permitted to be displayed and sold.
You list all products in your application form and contact the manager at admin@zuccoliplazamarkets.com.au to have other items approved on a case by case basis. 

PERMANENT SPACES

Zuccoli Plaza Markets does not offer permanent spaces or in any way convey any on going right to a certain space at our market.

Stalls who attend regularly will be reviewed as follows:

  • Products that you sell
  • Presentation of your stall
  • Promotion of your brand
  • Presence in the digital world 

STALL HOLDERS REBOOKING & REFUNDS

All stall fees are not refundable. 

SET UP

Drive into the car park and park your car in the car parks closest to the building. 

Bump in is 7am

  • Drive into market loading area
  • Unload
  • Drive out of market loading area
  • Set up your stall

Bump out is 1pm

  • Pack up your stall
  • Drive into market loading area
  • Load Up
  • Drive out of market

Please consider your fellow stallholders and drop off and pick up as quickly as possible. Do not start setting up your stall while tour vehicle is parked in the loading zone. 

PARKING

Please park on the other side of the car park towards the roundabout.

BAD WEATHER POLICY

We will do our best to operate rain or shine. A decision will be made on the the morning of the event if it is going to be cancelled and all stall holders will be notified.
